Building a Smart Landscape Lighting Platform

As the Director of Digital Product Solutions, I led a diverse group of internal team members and multiple external partners to build a wireless, app-based landscape lighting control platform from the ground up - bringing the company up-to-date with today's smart home technologies.

The project encompassed all areas of the business including competitive analysis, building financial and ROI models, product roadmaps, product requirements documents (PRDs), hardware and software, mobile UI, product testing, marketing collateral, pricing, and go-to-market commercialization.
