To help accelerate the growth of our direct-to-contractor business, I developed and established a Design Services offering that creates detailed, custom layouts to help our contractor customers work more efficiently while increasing the average value of each project. The offering has brought in $1.7M in less than two years, with an order value 4x more than the average order value of projects without a design.
